The terms, briefed in full.
How booking, payment and cancelling work. Plain language, no small print.
01Who we are
Vector Pilot Coaching is a trade name of Tikai B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42151349, based in The Hague, the Netherlands. Email: info@vectorpilotcoaching.com.
These terms apply to every booking, programme and session with Vector Pilot Coaching. By booking a programme you accept them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
02What we offer, and what we do not
We offer one-to-one preparation and mentoring for airline interviews, assessments and simulator checks: online sessions, document review and, in the Assessment Ready programme, a session in a third-party flight simulator.
- We are not an approved training organisation (ATO). Our sessions do not count towards any licence, rating, recurrent training or type-rating requirement.
- We do not guarantee a result. The airline and its assessors decide. We prepare you as well as we can.
- We are not affiliated with any airline, aircraft manufacturer or simulator operator, unless stated otherwise.
03Booking and the free briefing
The first 30-minute briefing is free and without obligation. You can also book a programme directly. Either way, we confirm the programme, dates and price by email, together with the invoice. The agreement starts when you confirm that email.
04Prices and payment
Prices are per person, in euros, including VAT, as shown on the website when you book. Payment in full before the first session. Simulator time in the Assessment Ready programme is quoted per booking.
05Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you book as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of the agreement without giving a reason. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you pay for the sessions already given. Once all sessions have been given, the right of withdrawal ends. Simulator time booked at your request with a third party within the 14 days is not refundable once booked.
06Rescheduling and cancelling a session
- More than 48 hours before a session: reschedule free of charge.
- Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: the session counts as given, unless there is an emergency. Be honest with us, and we will be fair.
- If we must cancel, you choose: a new date, or your money back for that session.
- Simulator sessions follow the cancellation rules of the simulator operator, which we send you before you book.
- Sessions of a programme are valid for 6 months from the agreement.
07Your part
Be on time, with a working camera and microphone for online sessions. In the simulator, follow the operator’s safety rules and instructions. Do not share company manuals or confidential airline material with us that you are not allowed to share.
08Materials
Briefing cards, debriefs and other material we give you are for your personal use. Please do not resell or publish them. Your CV, letters and notes remain yours.
09Liability
Our coaching is preparation, not operational instruction. We are not liable for the outcome of an assessment, interview or check. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the programme concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
10Complaints
Not happy? Tell us within two months at info@vectorpilotcoaching.com. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may take it to the competent Dutch court.
11Law
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.
